Word of the Week: Advance

Forward movement is a choice. Do it with the power of your voice.


What do you want to advance in this life? Is it your career? Your family's health? Your understanding of a topic? It could be many of these things. It could be more than these things.


Find what it is you want to advance and then take action on it by using your voice. Empower yourself so that you can empower others to make a positive difference for those on the planet now and those who have yet to arrive.


One way I embody the word Advance in my life is by continuing to study yoga and Ayurveda, yoga's sister science. These practices helps me advance in my understanding of myself. I am more connected to my mind, body and spirit now than I was 10 years ago. Yoga and Ayurveda also allow me to share their benefits with others so that others may advance their own self-study.


It is a great gift to advance something in your life so that all may reap the rewards of it.
