How to Give Yourself Permission to Live Well

What are you allowing in your life these days? If your answer is more things to do, more responsibilities, more obligations and, as a result, more stress, I have some thoughts I want to share. You can still help others at home, at work and beyond, but it starts with helping yourself first by prioritizing your self-care.


Once you become aware that your well-being is just as important as the well-being of everyone else in your life, you can begin to focus some of your time and energy on your own health and wellness so that you can effortlessly give from a place of abundance.

How much sleep do you allow yourself to have?


How much exercise do you allow yourself to have?


How many meals do you allow yourself to eat mindfully at an actual table and not over a sink or in a car?


How much joy do you allow yourself to have?

How much self-compassion do you allow yourself to have?
