7:15 to 8:15 p.m. Let go of your busy day by relaxing your mind, body and spirit with yoga poses, meditation and breathing exercises. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat to class. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome! Register online or at the Bloomingdale Park District Museum.
Saturdays August 3 to 24 9 to 10 a.m.
