As a kid, one of the first things we learn about is respecting others and ourselves.

As we grow older, this theme is threaded throughout our lives.

Lovingly taking care of someone else (whether it's children, a partner, parents or a friend) shows them you love and respect them. Lovingly taking care of yourself shows you the same. Nourishing yourself through self-care is one of the best ways to demonstrate that you value and respect yourself.

How do you show your heart you respect it? How do you show your mind you respect it? This week, honor yourself through bringing intention to your self-care routine and perhaps trying something new to spark excitement and creativity.
