Since becoming a parent, I've been in search of the perfectly balanced schedule where work, self-care and raising kids could all live in harmony. Without the stress. Without the guilt I should be doing something else. Without the self-judgment of not being enough.

 

It wasn't until I learned about Ayurveda (yoga's sister science) that I FINALLY tapped into the fountain of wellness I'd been looking for all of my life. 

Ayurveda is yoga's sister science, known as the "sacred knowledge of life," and one of the world's oldest medical traditions. 

It's a completely customized approach to well-being based on your unique mind-body constitution (called your dosha). By approaching wellness through daily routines based on your dosha, the season of your life, season of the year and hour of the day, you can go from stressed to balanced with the life-changing lifestyle routines of Ayurveda.
