Today's moms are seriously the busiest people you will ever meet. Work life + everything else like changing diapers, breastfeeding, finding a place to pump, sleep training, potty training, researching symptoms, sleepless nights, packing lunches, trips to the grocery store, appointments, social media and hundreds of other things, there is little time for you. This site will give you the courage to stand up for your self-care when you need it most. At your busiest.
