Welcome, friends! I'm 
Julie G.—a full-time working mama, certified and 

registered yoga teacher, wellness speaker, and award-winning author of the book 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas (MSI Press) and author of How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide. And I'm a major self-care advocate.

 

Today's moms are seriously the busiest people you will ever meet. Work life + everything else like changing diapers, breastfeeding, finding a place to pump, sleep training, potty training, sleepless nights, packing lunches, trips to the grocery store, appointments, keeping up with social media and hundreds of other things, there is little time for you. This site will give you the courage to stand up for your self-care when you need it most. At your busiest.
