About Yoga Teacher Julie
Julie Gentile, RYT 500 and Ayurvedic yoga specialist, has been teaching yoga for 15 years and practicing since 2008. She discovered her calling during her very first Savasana and knew she would one day teach yoga. That experience sparked a lifelong path dedicated to helping others feel better in their bodies and calmer in their minds.
With a background in journalism and as an award-winning author, Julie blends creativity and communication with her passion for yoga and Ayurveda. She helps students reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breathwork and self-care practices rooted in ancient wisdom.
Her classes are designed to help serve as a foundation for a consistent self-care routine, create positive momentum and foster a welcoming sense of community where students can grow and practice together.
She has guided hundreds of students — from beginners to long-time yogis—to deepen their yoga practice and rediscover the joy of the present moment.
