Ayurveda herbs and spices, lemon and salt on a white wooden table, representing dosha quiz for vata, pitta and kapha

Congratulations on completing the What's Your Mind-Body Type? Quiz!

Add up how many A’s, B’s and C’s you’ve selected. The letter you have the most of reveals your primary dosha. If your answers are fairly balanced across two of the doshas, you may have a combination of doshas (dual-dosha). If your answers are balanced across all three doshas, you could be tridoshic.

Remember, this quiz is a starting point to discover your dosha and learn how to create more balance in your life.
