About Yoga Teacher Julie

15+ years helping students build balance and consistency on the mat and in their lives

Julie Gentile, RYT 500 and Ayurvedic yoga specialist, has been teaching yoga for 15 years and practicing since 2008. She discovered her calling during her very first Savasana and knew she would one day teach yoga — her horoscope even referenced yoga on the day she took her first yoga class. That experience sparked a path dedicated to helping you feel better in your body, calmer in your mind.

With a background in journalism and as an award-winning author of two books, Julie blends creativity and communication with her passion for yoga and Ayurveda. She helps students reconnect with themselves through movement and other self-care practices rooted in ancient wisdom.

Her yoga classes are designed to be a foundation for a consistent self-care routine, create positive momentum and foster a welcoming sense of community where students can grow and practice together.

She has guided hundreds of students — from beginners to long-time yogis — to deepen their yoga practice and rediscover the joy of the present moment.
