I Am Not Alone

Practice this mantra to help support your mental health and well-being during Mental Health Awareness Month.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the focus turned to supporting mental health and well-being because we have endured the unexpected for much longer than any of us thought.

Loneliness lurked around every corner for many of us during the pandemic, and for some of us, it hasn’t left.

But we’re never alone.

We have each other.

If you feel alone, please reach out to a family member, friend or professional who can help.

Your well-being matters.

This is week 20 of A Second for Yourself—a 52-week mantra video series that encourages moms to take a second for themselves. If you missed earlier mantras, subscribe to my Stand Up for Your Self-Care YouTube Channel to be the first to know about upcoming videos.
