You Are Not Alone

Updated: Sep 29, 2022

Practice this mantra to help support your mental health and well-being not only during Mental Health Awareness Month, but all year long.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, but the importance of mental health extends beyond any month or day.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the focus turned to supporting mental health and well-being because we endured the unexpected for much longer than any of us thought.

Loneliness lurked around every corner for many of us during the pandemic, and for some of us, it hasn’t left.

But we’re never alone.

We have each other.

If you feel alone, please reach out to a family member, friend or professional who can help.

Your well-being, especially your mental and emotional well-being, matters.
