So much of life is lived with a lack of clarity. It’s up to us to remain open to new ideas to seek more clarity. Expand your mind and you’ll expand your life.
What’s one thing I’m open to trying? Surfing. I’ve never even been on a surfboard, and I don’t live near an ocean. Yet, there’s something so appealing about riding the waves of change—literally and figuratively. But first, I’ll try Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga.
