October is National Work and Family Month. You are doing a lot, mama. Recognize that and know you are exactly the person your children need in this life.

October is National Work and Family Month. As mamas, how often do we doubt ourselves and turn to others for answers? We doubt that we’re not good enough, present enough, happy enough, fill-in-the-blank enough.


So what do we do?


We look to friends, family members and experts for the answers. But often, when we look within, we see that we already have all the answers we were seeking. We already know.


In honor of all of the working moms and working parents out there, thank you for doing what you do. It’s not easy to do what you do. But know that we are exactly who our children need.
