Who are three people you can count on? List them in order.
Did you include yourself at the top? Did you even make the list?
If you can’t count on yourself, who else can you count on?
Be your own best friend and wholeheartedly trust yourself.
Through your self-care practices, you can get to know yourself better to get past self-doubt and negative self-talk.
