This is an everyday mantra for everyday moms. Get one mantra for each week this year by viewing the #shorts videos on the Stand Up for Your Self-Care YouTube channel.
Before I even knew what minimalism was, I was living a minimalist lifestyle.
Minimalism isn’t just decluttering our homes and giving away belongings that no longer belong, it means living a simple and clutter-free lifestyle, which is becoming increasingly more difficult to do.
Minimalism has helped me realize that I already have what I need. So before I add another task to my to-do list and say “yes” to something I really don’t want to say “yes,” too, I respond from a minimalist point of view, and if it won’t add value to my life, I don’t do it.
This is week 4 of A Second for Yourself—a yearlong #shorts video series on my Stand Up for Your Self-Care YouTube Channel that encourages everyday moms to take a second for themselves with weekly mantras. These relatable motivational mantras represent things we all think about and care about to carry us through each week.
