Mantra to Limit Distractions

Spend your time the way you want to, not how others want you to spend it. Start with this week’s mantra.

Do you own how you spend your time or does someone or something else?


Distractions are everywhere if we let them be.


Focus is a rarity these days if we let it be.


After being interrupted, it takes about 25 minutes to return our focus to what we were doing previously. What we choose to focus on makes up our priorities and our lives.


How much of how we spend our time and attention is up to us?


Let’s take it back by bringing intention to our time and attention.
