Instead of instantly replying to an email or text, discover why taking a moment to respond can be a game-changer. Embrace the power of responding instead of reacting.

Respond instead of react, one mindful response at a time.

In a mindful way, you can help change the world, or at least the world around you and in your own home. How? By choosing to respond instead of reacting out of habit.

As a mom who works more than full-time hours and juggles a packed schedule, it’s very easy to react to what’s in front of me instead of taking a breath and a step back before responding.

Think about when you get an email. Do you immediately reply, or do you take a little time to digest what you’re reading before you respond?

Reacting is a cycle that’s difficult to break.

Before you respond, take a minute, take a breath.
