Stop Standing in Your Own Way

Stepping outside your comfort zone is scary. This mantra for busy moms can help you overcome self-limiting beliefs.


Some of the best advice I have ever received was from a fellow author: “Stop standing in your own way,” she said.


At the time, I didn’t realize I was blocking my own path. But once I began to digest this information, I rolled up my sleeves and began writing…my first book.


As scary as it was to navigate so many new things, such as how to find a publisher, create my own website and connect with other moms and yogis on social media, I did it. With courage and grit, I was determined to share my message and mission with the world: Live well by prioritizing self-care. Today, I continue on this path. When determination supersedes fear, anything is possible.
