Discover the moments of joy in your daily routine and unlock even more happiness and find more joy in life.
Word of the Week: Joy
Find your bliss and then your stride. Live your life, spark joy and pride.
When do you experience joy in life?
As Marie Kondo would ask: "Does this spark joy?" This is a question you can ask not only with items in your home, but also to develop greater awareness of what brings you joy in your everyday life.
Depending on your intention behind it, even a routine trip to the grocery store could be a joyful experience. For example, if you walk into the store excited to buy items for a new recipe you're going to try, this joy could change your entire outlook on this trip to the grocery store.
The same joy you generate from a common task like shopping at the grocery store can transcend into everything else you do.
Routines can be joyful, too.
This week, think about one habit you do every day, such as brushing your teeth, and see if you can bring more joy to it. Can you find the same joy in brushing your teeth as you do when listening to your favorite song?
