Stay in the present moment with this Word of the Week.

Word of the Week: Now

You are now. You are here. Present moment, stay there.

Most thoughts are of past events or future worries that have not occurred. These past and future thoughts take us out of the present moment. Meditation taught me that.

To truly be here right now, tune into your body and breath. Be in your body. Be with your breath. You may have to come back to this simple practice frequently when you begin to notice that the mind starts to wonder, whether you're in meditation or typing an email.

The more you can be here now, in this very moment of existence, the more you realize that the present moment is the only place that life truly exists.
