Word of the Week: Yes

If you mean it and you know it’s true, repeat it as much as you need to.

Saying "yes" to what you want to say "yes" to can be liberating. Freeing.

What do you really want to say "yes" to that you historically say "no" to?

Saying "yes" more often to yourself and the things that are most important to you helps you design the life you want.

Get started today by choosing one thing you can say "yes" to and let it grow from there.
