Create: Make Something Every Day

Updated: Feb 5, 2023

Create a life you love with the Word of the Week.

Word of the Week: Create

Make something come alive. Help the world grow and thrive.

I find the creative process inspiring.

As a content creator, I create every day. Whether it's an article, video for social media or presentation, I am fueled by the process of creation.

As a yoga teacher, I create yoga sequences and themes for classes, and envision new class concepts.

As a mom, I create smiley faces on pancakes with chocolate chips, and schedules that include a balance of activity and rest.

There are many other ways to express creativity. From small ways like crafting creative text messages and emails to big ways like designing our homes and our lives in an inspirational way.

How will you exercise your creativity today?
