Word of the Week: Done

Notice how you feel when something is complete. Is it the journey you enjoy or the feat?

How do you know when you're done with something? It could be as simple as knowing how to tell when you're full while eating or as complex as knowing when a relationship is no longer serving you.

Here's the key to telling when you're done: Listen to your intuition.

There is power in tuning in, trusting your instincts and listening to how you feel. There is power in trusting yourself.

Listening to our intuition is part of our lifelong self-care practice. We get better with practice.
