Ready to move on from something in your life? Discover how to know when you're done.
Word of the Week: Done
Notice how you feel when something is complete. Is it the journey you enjoy or the feat?
How do you know when you're done with something? It could be as simple as knowing how to tell when you're full while eating a meal or as complex as knowing when a relationship is no longer serving you.
Here's the key to telling when you're done: Listen to your intuition.
There is power in tuning inward, trusting your instincts and listening to how you feel. There is power in trusting yourself.
Listening to your intuition is part of a lifelong commitment to your self-care preservation. You get better with practice.
