There are so many things in this life that I love. From simple things like a hot cup of tea to spending time with family, there is a lot to love about getting to experience life on earth at this time.

Often, we focus on pouring love into our relationships and things we're passionate about. We also need to pour our love into ourselves in the form of self-love.

My self-care practices help me create more self-love in my life. Every time I decide to meditate, exercise and go to bed earlier, I choose self-love. How do you choose self-love? It all starts with self-care. Explore the many self-love practices on this website.
