It doesn’t always mean speed. It will depend on the need.
Throughout my life, I have accelerated quickly, slowly and somewhere in between, depending on the activity, the need and my energy levels. I'm sure you can relate.
The pace at which I am operating is sometimes intuitive, a knowing on how quickly to shift gears and how much I need to pause.
If you listen to your inner self closely, you will know when you need to accelerate and when you don't. Meditation is a great place to start with trusting your intuition and the wisdom that it brings. Begin with the meditation practices on this website and the self-care practices below.
