Start creating positive change for yourself and the world. Explore a meditation that can activate your mind.
Word of the Week: Activate
Launch something new that will benefit you. See the good it can bring others, too.
Ever wonder what it would be like if a meditation sparked an idea for you? This meditation can.
Start by sitting in a comfortable position. Close your eyes or keep them open with a soft gaze in front of you. After a few breaths, think of the word "activate." After another few breaths, think about the following questions:
What comes to mind when you silently repeat the word "activate"?
What is one small change you can implement in your life that will benefit you and others?
Could you start implementing this small change now?
What would activating this change look like for you?
See what comes up for you organically. You might think of ideas you haven't yet explored. When you have reflected on these questions, open your eyes or come back to the present moment. Notice if you're inspired or what you can take away from this meditation.
