Word of the Week: Activate

Launch something new that will benefit you. See the good it can bring others, too.


Start by sitting in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and think of the word "activate." The following are some questions that you can think about during this meditation:

  • What comes to mind when you silently repeat the word "activate"?

  • What is one thing in your life that you can activate that will benefit you and others?

  • Could you start implementing small changes now?

See what comes up for you organically. You might think of ideas you haven't yet explored. When you have reflected on these questions, open your eyes. Notice if you're inspired to implement change.
