You deserve your own time and attention. Here's how to advocate for yourself.
Word of the Week: Advocate
Believe in a cause, let everyone know. Allow your passion to help you grow.
What or who do you advocate for?
Is it for yourself, a family member, your community or the world?
I advocate for empowering people to live well by prioritizing their self-care through practicing yoga and Ayurveda.
You are worthy of more attention and self-love through my favorite way of getting it: self-care. There are so many ways to spark more self-care. I share several in my yoga classes and my books 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas and How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide, and in the many other self-care resources listed below.
With so many things competing for your time and attention, you need to be your own best advocate for how you want to live and feel. Showing up for your own self-care day after day is a life-long practice. I want to help you preserve your self-care so that it's a continuous presence in your life.
