Notice when you are experiencing your most authentic self. Get started with this Word of the Week.

Word of the Week: Authentic

All you can do: be true to you.

When are you your truest self? Is it when you're alone dancing or singing in your home? Is it with someone else? Is it during an activity, such as journaling or cooking?

Begin to notice when you are being your most authentic self. Start to observe how you feel and the quality of your thoughts in these moments. You can write them down to remember, or you can create an impression of the feeling and then remember this feeling the next time you experience it.
