Where do you draw your energy from?

I get my energy from the self-care basics: quality sleep, nourishing meals, exercise, time in nature, meditating, journaling and quiet time reflecting.

Sometimes I get energy from attending an energizing presentation that inspires me to take action or reading something uplifting that encourages me to implement what I learned right away.

Keep a steady stream of energy from spending time on the things that nourish you most.
