Word of the Week: Enthusiasm
Get excited, live with zest. Have fun doing what you do best.
Have you ever wondered how some people always seem to be in a good mood? They're excited to wake up and live their best life every day. They have enthusiasm—one of my favorite words.
What does enthusiasm look like for you?
Enthusiasm for life can be expressed through your choices and your actions. It can be the spark in your eyes and the thing that lights up your life.
Need to boost it? Start by doing something every day that you’re excited to do. If you like to go bike riding, explore a new neighborhood or make a weekend getaway out of it. If you like to cook, experiment with new spices by incorporating the six Ayurvedic tastes into every meal—sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent. Check out an Ayurvedic cookbook and create a satisfying six-taste meal.
