Express Your Highest Self

Find your creative groove with this Word of the Week.

Word of the Week: Express

Talk, write, paint, draw, dance, cook, move. Feed your soul to find your groove.

How often do you express yourself without worrying about what other people think? Whether it’s through your style, your voice, the way you communicate or how you decorate your home, expression can take many forms.

When you truly allow yourself to express yourself, you free your soul.

Expression is part of my dharma (life's purpose). Some of my favorite ways to express myself are through movement, writing and connecting with others. I share many of these expressions with the world.

Expression is one of the most unique qualities you will find among individuals. Finding ways to express yourself can help you radiate on all levels.

Expression often comes with creativity. Creating a meal for your family could be expressing your love to them. Creating space in your schedule to move your body, whether it's through dancing or another form of exercise, could be a way to express the importance of self-care to yourself and others. The various forms of self-expression are as vast as the ocean.

How do you like to express yourself?
