What are you most proud of?
I am proud of my continuous pursuit of my dharma (life's path or purpose). For several years, I've been on a mission to inspire people to live well by prioritizing self-care through the life-changing practices of yoga and Ayurveda. Whether you take my yoga classes, read my books, attend my Ayurvedic self-care workshops or read my more than 280 blog posts on yoga and self-care, you'll see that every day, I build on this dharma to expand it into what it is meant to be.
Be proud of the contributions in your life that are helping others. Help them deepen their discovery of their own dharma and help them be proud of their path, too.
