What are you most proud of?

I am proud of my continuous pursuit of my dharma (life's path or purpose). For several years, I have been on a mission to inspire people to live well by prioritizing self-care through taking yoga classes, reading my books, attending my self-care workshops and reading my self-care content on my blog and social media.

Every day, I build on this dharma to expand it into what it is meant to be.

Be proud of the contributions in your life that are helping others. Help them deepen their discovery of their own dharma and be proud of their path, too.
