How often do you pause to marvel at your journey and envision your future? Discover what to do when it's time for inner reflection.
Word of the Week: Reflect
Get quiet and still in every way. Carve out the time and space in your day.
The season of light is a natural time to reflect. It’s an opportunity to think about the year behind you and the year ahead.
The colder days not only bring less daylight but an instinct to pause and turn inward. You might crave cozying up with your softest blanket, a book and a cup of tea. I know I do.
As you prepare for holiday parties, bake and cook, shop and wrap, remember yourself, and why you’re doing all of this.
Don’t let this opportunity for inner reflection float by. Observe yourself in the moment. Maybe this is the time you start a journaling practice before bed or get an extra hour of sleep every night. Maybe this is the time where you have enough quiet time where you can truly listen to what you want and need.
