Draw upon your inner power. Watch how it builds by the hour.

In its physical form, you can find strength by lifting weights and holding a plank. In its subtle form, you can find it in the patience of waiting for test results or by standing up for yourself.

However you exercise it, strength comes from practicing it throughout our lives so that one day we recognize that our strength can help others, too.

Strength is part of our self-care practice and it benefits not just us, but also the world who needs what we have to offer.
