Word of the Week: Thank You
These two words carry so much weight. Say them before it’s too late.
Who do you need to thank?
Do you regularly send "thank you" messages and other notes of gratitude to friends, family members and co-workers?
What about saying "thank you" to yourself? If not, get into the practice of thanking yourself every day. It could be as simple as placing your hand on your heart when you wake up in the morning and whispering "thank you" or smiling at yourself when you glance in the mirror and boldly saying "thank you."
