Word of the Week: Vitality

Practice vigor every day. You get to have the final say.

What is vital to your life and when do you feel vitality?

When I think of vitality, I think of health and prana (vital life force energy).

Someone who has vitality is, in general, experiencing optimal wellness through living a life of meaning, purpose and intention; interested in exploring more and asking questions; and growing and developing, not just for a paycheck or career path but for the evolution of their soul.

It's someone who is feeding their mind, body and spirit by taking in what they need through their senses and leaving the rest, whether that's by food, exercise or information they digest by reading or watching.

We digest everything we take in. This week, notice what brings in more vitality in your life and what doesn't, and let those observations inform your choices.
