There is more to you than your surface. Strengthen your values and purpose.
What are your key values? Do they serve as a solid foundation for how you live your life or do they need work?
When you identify what you stand for and know yourself on a higher level, you can be confident that you are living your life from your highest self.
When your values are deeply embedded in the essence of who you are, your body, mind and spirit benefit.
Make a list of your values. Then evaluate them and apply them to help you stand in your truth for the person you are and the person you are becoming. Allow your values to solidify your knowledge in yourself and how you take care of yourself.
