What are your key values? Do they serve as a solid foundation for how you live your life or could they use work?

When you identify what you stand for and know yourself on a higher level, you can be confident that you are living your life from your highest self.

When your values are deeply embedded in the essence of who you are, your body, mind and spirit benefit.

Make a list of your values, evaluate them and apply them to help you stand in your truth for the person you are and the person you are becoming.
