What happens when your ideas unite with the universe?

Think about a time when you had a great idea that was made manifest. Where were you when you first thought of it? Where did it come from? What did you do with it? Did it grow and grow, or did it dim?

I often get my creative ideas in meditation, when I journal and when I’m in my natural surroundings. I watch how nature is always moving—clouds, birds flying, tree branches swaying. It’s in these moments that I feel most connected to the universal source of all creation. And it’s in these moments that I can most visualize my ideas.

Nature thinks big, not small. For example, the changes of the seasons—although they happen rhythmically and gradually—are big changes. One big change that leads into the next one.

Be like nature. Knowing when to be still and conserve and knowing when to evolve into the next expression of yourself.

We are a microcosm to the macrocosm. Everything that happens in our external environment is also, to some degree, happening in our inner worlds.

We are all cosmically connected to a source that connects us all.

When you and the universe unite, you're unstoppable.

Play big, not small. Think big, not small. You are worthy of a robust life.

Practice It: Journal About Your Next Big Idea

Think about one idea you’ve had for a while that hasn’t yet been born or fully formed. Now think about dedicating the time and attention to this idea without limits—time, money, resources. How would this change your perspective about your idea? How can you grow it from a tiny seed so that it can bloom into its fullest potential?
