Reflection moment: When have you felt your best in mind, body and spirit? What were you doing? Where were you going? Why was this time in your life different than other times?
Pay attention to who you're with and what you're doing the next time you feel good.
I’ve found that these are the things I’m doing when I feel my best: Hugging my kids and husband, laughing, practicing yoga, exercising, meditating, reading, being outside, cooking something healthy and then eating it, taking a bath and wearing a new flattering outfit.
This, of course, is all related to self-care. Self-care helps me feel my best.
