As a busy mom myself, I wrote two self-care books for other busy moms to help you optimize your self-care routine.


How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide, written and published during the COVID-19 pandemic, keeps you practicing self-care one day at a time, one intention at a time. It received recognition in Mind, Body & Spirit from the 2020 Kops-Fetherling International Book Awards.


108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas is a handy guide to inspire you to practice self-care IRL. It was recognized as a “book for better living” and received the 2019 bronze medal in Exercise/Fitness/Yoga from the Living Now Book Awards, and was a 2019 Book Excellence Award Finalist in Body, Mind and Spirit.
