On August 8, 2021, How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide turns 1.
Amid a pandemic and juggling being a working mom with my kids in virtual learning and the constant changes over the last year, yoga and self-care were my anchors in navigating the chaos. Even before the pandemic, they were what grounded me in my busy lifestyle, and I’m so honored to share with you the practices in my books, on my blog, on my Stand Up for Your Self-Care YouTube Channel and in my monthly newsletter Nourish Note.
Similar to 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas, the birth of my latest book was a result of my intention to inspire busy people to live well by prioritizing self-care—especially in the extra chaos of the pandemic.
