My second book How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide was born on August 8, 2020.
Amid a pandemic and juggling being a working mom with my young kids in e-learning and all of the constant changes in 2020, yoga and Ayurvedic self-care were my anchors in navigating the chaos.
Well before the pandemic, yoga and Ayurvedic self-care are what grounded me in my busy lifestyle, and I’m honored to share with you the life-changing self-care practices in my award-winning books, on this website, on my Stand Up for Your Self-Care YouTube Channel and in my monthly newsletter Nourish Note.
Similar to 108 Yoga and Self-Care Practices for Busy Mamas, the birth of How to Stay Calm in Chaos: An Everyday Self-Care Guide was a result of my intention to inspire you to live well by prioritizing self-care, especially during a chaotic time. This book is the ultimate self-care book for women just getting started on their life-changing journey of self-preservation.
