Press play on this mantra meditation to help you breathe and be in the present moment.
Mantra meditation is part of my daily self-care practice. It reminds me to stay present in the present moment—the only moment any of us really have. So many thoughts are about past events or things that haven’t yet occurred. This meditation can help you be here now, wherever that is for you.
Try this meditation, which synchronizes words, or a mantra, with your inhales and exhales. Know that it’s OK to be where you are right now. It’s OK to be here now.
