This 3-minute meditation will help you connect to the present moment by syncing your breath with a simple mantra, bringing more mindfulness to your day.
Mantra meditation is part of my daily self-care practice. It reminds me to stay present in the present moment—the only moment any of us really have. So many of our thoughts are about past events or things that haven’t yet occurred. This meditation can help you be here now, wherever that is for you.
Try this meditation, which synchronizes words, or a mantra, with your inhales and exhales. Know that it’s OK to be where you are right now. It’s OK to be here now.
