The practice of yoga asana (the poses) can be done standing, lying down and seated (in a chair or on a yoga mat). This video takes you through several seated poses and includes an ocean breath meditation for calmness and steadiness.

Before you begin, grab a blanket to place under your sit bones if you need more height for your hips so that when you are sitting cross-legged, your hips are higher than your knees.
