The way you spend your first few minutes of the day sets the tone for the rest of it. How does a yoga teacher start their day? This one starts it with yoga asana (poses) and a breathing exercise, followed by meditation. I feel my best when I can move around breath and energy in my body—all before I even open my bedroom door in the morning.

If mornings don’t work for you, you can practice yoga any time of day. It's always here for you. Just keep showing up for yourself on your mat and you’ll start to notice more benefits off your mat.
