Can I just tell you how much I enjoy listening to the sounds of singing bowls during meditation?


Each singing bowl has its own unique, beautiful tone. After being immersed in the sound for a few moments, I feel calmer and more relaxed.


I use my singing bowl to enhance my yoga practice and sometimes I like to incorporate it into the yoga classes I teach, too.
