This class is the best of both worlds—the duality of doing and being. A balance between movement and rest. Each week, I’ll lead you through a different simple flow and meditation.

Slow down, turn inward and let go in this calming, gentle guided flow. Each class ends in a relaxing meditation. All levels are welcome! Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat to class.
